About J&P Carpets (Hong Kong)

J&P Carpets Consultant (also called Carpets Manufacturing) was established in 1993, registered in Shenzhen China, as a foreign investment company from Hong Kong. The company started making carpets in hand-tufted and broadloom carpets such as machine tufted and Axminster carpets, mostly in 100% wool, 80/20 wool/nylon, silk, viscose, or other materials. With the limited factory space of 3,000m2, the yearly production turnover was around 25,000m2.

In 1995, the factory built another factory in Qingyuan. The two factories were running at the same time, but they were differentiated with orders from the local and overseas markets. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we moved to another premises also in Qingyuan occupying a 5,000m2 of factory space and we now have over 200 workers producing mainly on hand tufted carpets and rugs. The small private owned factory is concentrating on making rugs for private jets. Our yearly turnover has reached a production quantity of over 100,000m2. In 2012, we opened another mill of similar scale situated nearby to handle the potential orders. In 2015, we also invested some interest in an Axminster factory in Changzhou in order to put more effort into our Axminster business. The company has agents all around the world.

We experienced in producing carpets for various projects where they have different demands on performance guarantee such as FR, anti-static, colorfastness, insect-proof, etc. Shangri-la Hotel is one of our major customers, as well as many of the casino hotels in Macau, such as Galaxy/COD/Venetian, etc.

J&P currently owns three hand-tufted carpet factories in Guangdong Province and one Axminster carpet factory in Jiangsu Province.
